| The rent for our Studios and Rooms includes heat and all utilities.
The rooms are internet and cable ready with choice of carrier.
The tenant pays for own telephone, TV and internet.
Several of our studios and rooms are accessible with private or shared bath with roll in shower.

Efficiency Studio
Studios include a full kitchen
with stove, microwave, refrigerator and granite countertops; and a full bath. Studios are not furnished.
Most studios are located on the garden entry level.
Rents range

Rooms are furnished with a twin bed, night stand, 5 - drawer bureau, desk and chair,
and small refrigerator/microwave unit.
Rents range from $540 to $560 inclusive. |
Furnished Room with Shared Bath
Rooms are furnished with a twin bed, night stand, 5 - drawer bureau,
desk and chair, and small refrigerator/microwave unit.
The full bath is shared
by two persons.
Two of our furnished rooms share a large bath with roll in shower.
Rents are $375 to $395 inclusive. |
Every floor has its own accessible community kitchen and laundry. A large accessible community kitchen, dining/ living room, and equipped computer room are located on the first floor.
The building is served by an elevator; however, able residents are encouraged to use the stairs to promote the "green" character of our new building, and to promote good health through exercise.
